TAM shareholders to vote on 8.5% cash dividend for 2022 on Aug. 27

Shareholders of TAM Development Co. will vote on the distribution of an 8.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.85 per share, for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for Aug. 27. 

 

The cash dividend distribution will be for shareholders registered with Edaa on the second trading day following the record date, according to a statement to Tadawul.
