Saudi Arabia’s imports from GCC countries fell 10% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 6.16 billion in May, according to a recent report by the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT).

 

UAE accounted for 59%, or SAR 3.66 billion, of total Saudi imports, an increase of 3% YoY.

 

Compared with April, the Kingdom’s imports from GCC rose by 10%, or SAR 564.4 million.
