Abdullah Al-Ghabeen, Al Jouf Cement’s Chairman

Al Jouf Cement Co.'s board of directors appointed Abdullah Al-Ghabeen as Chairman, Ahmed Al-Falih as Vice Chairman, and Abdul Karim Al-Nuhair as Managing Director and CEO, according to a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) today, Aug. 7.

 

The board also formed the remuneration and nominations committee and the executive committee.

 

The company also appointed representatives to the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul, as well as the board secretary.

 

The decisions took effect as of the board's new term from Aug. 6, 2023, to Aug. 5, 2027.
