AICTEC signs exclusive distribution contract with ZKTeco

Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC) signed today, Aug. 8, a three-year contract with ZKTeco Co., under which the former will obtain exclusive distribution rights for the latter’s products in the Saudi market, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The two parties will join hands to develop modern technical products in the Saudi market.

 

ZKTeco’s firm commitment globally and locally to excellence and investment in artificial intelligence technologies complements AICTEC's future plans, the statement added.

 

The value of the contract, subject to extension, depends on the value of the products purchased from 2023 to 2025, AICTEC confirmed.

 

The company noted that the related positive financial impact is expected to appear by the end of the fourth quarter of 2023.
