CMA nods to public offering of Alpha Capital Public Sukuk Fund

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) gave the go-ahead for Alpha Capital’s application to sell units of Alpha Capital Public Sukuk Fund.

 

An investment decision without reading the terms and conditions (T&Cs) carefully or fully reviewing their content may involve high risk, the market regulator said in a statement today, Aug. 10.

 

The CMA's approval should never be considered as a recommendation to subscribe to the fund.
