Al Razi Medical buys SAR 2.4 mln land to construct administrative building

Al Razi Medical Co. announced, on Aug. 10, purchasing a 20,200-square-meter walled land plot for SAR 2.38 million (tax exclusive) to establish an administrative building in Al-Bada’i Governorate.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company stated that the purchase deal, which was financed through a bank loan, is aimed at establishing an administrative building and a warehouse.

 

Al Razi Medical expects the transaction to increase the value of its assets and expand its business, indicating there are no related parties.
