Saudi Cable Co. said it is unable to disclose its financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023, within the specified deadline, due to the challenges related to the audit process, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The cable producer said it is still working with the external auditor to issue the annual financial statements for 2022 and the preliminary financial statements for Q1 2023. It will then work on issuing the preliminary financial statements for the second quarter of 2023.

The Q2 2023 financial statements will be announced after the appointment of the external auditor and approval of the financial statements by the external auditor and the board of directors.

The measures of suspending trading of listed securities will applyaccording to the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and announced by Tadawul, the company added.
