SNIH to enhance health security, attract investments: Minister

Saudi Minister of Health, Fahad Al-Jalajel

Saudi Minister of Health Fahad Al-Jalajel said that the establishment of Saudi National Institute of Health (SNIH) will contribute to enhancing health security, attracting investments to the healthcare sector, and creating a cutting-edge health environment. 

 

SNIH will also support scientists and researchers while creating an advanced health environment in the Kingdom as part of the Health Sector Transformation Program, Al-Jalajel added in a tweet on X, formerly known as Twitter. 

 

The decision came in support of enabling research and applying its results to preserving human health as well as boosting the level of health services in the Kingdom. 

 

The Saudi Cabinet, chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, approved yesterday the establishment of the SNIH.
