In July, shareholders of Knowledge Tower approved reducing the stock’s nominal value from SAR 10 to SAR 1 per share, Argaam reported earlier.
Meanwhile, they approved a 15% dividend payout, at SAR 1.5 per share, for the first half ended March 31, 2023.
Accordingly, the total dividend to be distributed for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023, is SAR 5.26 million.
