Enma AlRawabi Co.'s board of directors recommended the distribution of cash dividend at 2.5% of capital, or SAR 0.25 per share, for H1 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The company's shareholders disapproved, in June 2022, the board recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 5% of capital (or SAR 0.5 per share), totaling SAR 20 million, for 2021, according to Argaam's data.
