NDMC closes August issuance of Sukuk program at SAR 3.5 bln

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed receiving investor orders for its domestic issuance for August 2023, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.

 

The issuance size was set at SAR 3.50 billion, while total bids amounted to SAR 3.50 billion, NDMC said in a statement today, Aug. 22.

 

The issuance is divided into two tranches. The first is valued at SAR 2.40 billion, maturing in 2031. The second is worth SAR 1.1 billion and will mature in 2033.
