Saudi Arabia achieves 80.68% on Digital Experience Maturity Index

Saudi Arabia’s Digital Government Authority announced the results of Digital Experience Maturity Index (DXMI) for 2023 with the participation of over 134,000 beneficiaries.

 

The general index focused on measuring the maturity of 24 digital platforms across four main perspectives: Beneficiary Satisfaction (80.02%), User Experience (83.02%), Complaint Handling (78.25%), and Technologies and Tools (70.43%). These perspectives encompass 19 themes that measure various areas of digital experience.

 

Ehsan Platform topped the 10 digital platforms as it achieved a percentage of 89.40%, while Absher Platform achieved 89.28%.

The DXMI is an annual index that aims to assess the maturity of platforms and services quantitatively and qualitatively from several perspectives, that are updated at each assessment cycle, to keep pace with modern trends of the digital experience and the Digital Government Strategic Directions.
