Sumou board declares 10% cash dividend for H1 2023

The board of directors of the Nomu-listed Sumou Real Estate Co. declared, on Aug. 23, a 10% cash dividend for the first half of 2023, at SAR 1 per share, as shown below:

Record Date 

Sept. 25, 2023, and shareholders registered with Edaa by the close of the second trading day following the record date

October 9, 2023

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Tadawul approved, on Aug. 20, Sumou’s application for transition from Nomu to the main market (TASI).

 

The company set Sept. 10 as the last date of the trading suspension on the share, for the transfer to the main market.
