Alkhaleej Training says GAC still processing SPA with Al-Riyadah

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. said that the General Authority for Competition (GAC) and the competent regulatory authorities are still processing the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) it signed with Al-Riyadah Schools Co. to acquire a 51% stake in the latter

 

The company expects to finalize the acquisition on Dec. 1, 2023, adding that any material updates will be announced in due course, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Last April, Alkhaleej Training signed the SPA with the owners of Al-Riyadah Schools Co. to acquire a 51% stake in the latter, data compiled by Argaam showed.
