Dar Almarkabah unable to disclose H1 2023 results on time

Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. said it is unable to disclose its preliminary financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023, within the specified deadline, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company clarified that the delay is due to a matter beyond its control, and that it is still in the process of fulfilling some of the auditor's requirements, which led to the non-completion of the audit procedures. It also indicated that it is still working with the external auditor to issue the interim financial statements for H1 2023, and they will be announced immediately upon the approval of the external auditor.

 

The procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules, TADCO added.
