Horizon Food announces inability to timely disclose H1 2023 earnings

Horizon Food Co. said it is unable to disclose its preliminary financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023, within the specified deadline, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company clarified that the delay is due to the lack of a quorum for the board of directors to convene to approve the financial statements.

 

The procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules, TADCO added.
