Cenomi Retail reappoints Fawaz Alhokair as Chairman

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.’s (Cenomi Retail) board of directors reappointed, on Sept. 5, Fawaz Alhokair as Chairman, and Abdul Majeed Abdul Aziz Alhokair as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The board also formed the audit committee, chaired by Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Alanqari, with the membership of Ahmed bin Saleh Alsultan and Zaki bin Abdullah Alawami. 

 

During the meeting, the board members also formed the nomination and remuneration committee, named a board secretary, as well as the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Tadawul Group and its affiliates.
