Edaa deposits subscribed securities of Munawla Cargo to shareholders' accounts

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced today, Sept. 7, the addition of the subscribed securities in Munawala Cargo Co. to the accounts of eligible securities’ holders, according to a bourse filing.

 

From Aug. 27-31, qualified investors began subscribing to 200,000 shares of Munawala Cargo, which is set to be listed on Nomu, at an offering price of SAR 110 per share.
