Amlak Vice Chairman resigns

The board of Amlak International Finance Co. approved today, Sept. 12, Mansour Al-Busselly's resignation from his positions as Vice Chairman as well as member of the audit and nomination and remuneration committees due to personal reasons.

 

The resignation is effective as of its approval date, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
