Tadweeer reappoints Eyad Al Nafea as Chairman

National Environmental Recycling Co.'s (Tadweeer) board of directors, in a meeting held today, Sept. 17, approved the reappointment of Eyad Al Nafea as Chairman (non-executive board member), effective as of today until Sept. 16, 2027, according to a filing to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

The board also nodded to the appointment of Abdulmohsen Al Fares as Vice Chairman (non-executive board member), and named Nasser Al Dueb as Managing Director (executive board member).

 

The board secretary and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) were appointed during the board meeting.

 

In addition, the board approved the formation of the audit committee, to include Fawzi Abdullah (independent board member), Hisham Al Barak (external board member) and Suleiman Al Suqeer (external board member).

 

This is besides ratifying the nominations and remuneration committee formation, electing Khaled Al Rumaih, Eyad Al Nafea and Abdulmohsen Al Fares as members. The executive committee was also formed, with the membership of Al Nafea and Al Fares, along with Nasser Al Dueb and Nasser Al Rashid.
