Ejar Index records over 340,000 deals in August

The Ejar Index recorded more than 340,000 rental deals in August. 

 

Housing rental deals rose by 25.8% month-on-month (MoM) to more than 275,000 in August, while commercial rentals saw an increase of 15% MoM to 65,000. 

 

Riyadh recorded the highest number of housing and commercial rental deals in August, with more than 71,000 deals worth over SAR 1.1 billion. Jeddah came in second with more than 40,900 deals. 

 

Meanwhile, the number of housing and commercial rental deals reached 16,700 in Makkah, Madinah (over 15,800), and Dammam (more than 14,600).
