MEPCO gets favorable final ruling in property ownership case

Middle East Paper Co. (MEPCO) announced that the Court of Appeal issued a final verdict in its favour, upholding the preliminary judgment on the real estate lawsuit filed by Al Shorouk Advanced Development Co. demanding proof of ownership.

 

On June 18, MEPCO announced that Jeddah General Court issued a preliminary ruling in its favor, dismissing the plaintiff’s lawsuit, Argaam earlier reported.

 

Earlier in October 2022, MEPCO revealed that a real estate lawsuit was filed against the company to demand real estate ownership proof, although a final court ruling was issued in favor of MEPCO.
