Saudi Azm, Social Development Bank sign SAR 15.2 mln contract

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. signed a SAR 15.22 million contract with the Social Development Bank to develop and operate technical and security systems of the latter's information technology (IT) department.

 

The 12-month project aims to provide consulting and technical services to support the Social Development Bank, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Sept. 26.

 

The contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company's results for the fiscal year 2024/25.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement said.
