Foods Gate EGM to vote on amending articles of association on Oct. 23

Foods Gate Trading Co. invited its shareholders to vote on amending the company’s articles of association in accordance with the new company's system, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on Oct. 23, 2023.

The meeting will include voting on articles of association related to the company’s purpose, governance regulations, policies, and procedures, the company said in a Tadawul filing.

Meanwhile, shareholders will discuss amendment of the policies for the remuneration of members of the board of directors, the committees emanating from the board, and the executive management.
