Dar Almarkabah terminates CEO contract, names Hassan Alzahrani as Acting CEO

Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co.’s board of directors approved on Oct. 3 to terminate the contract of CEO Eyad Bakhsh, effective from the approval date.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company pointed out that Hassan Alzahrani was appointed as the Acting CEO as of Oct. 4, until a new CEO is named.

 

Alzahrani holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and has experience in the sales-marketing and banking finance sectors, the statement added.
