Warefa project in Riyadh

ROSHN Group laid the foundation stone for the Warefa project in the east of Riyadh.

 

The 1.4 million square meter-project encompasses 2,380 residential units.

 

Last March, the Public Investment Fund (PIF)-owned ROSHN, announced the launch of this project in Janadriyah district, east of Riyadh.

 

Warefa will be home to some 13,000 people, in addition to 160,000 sqm of public parks and open spaces.
