Gulf Union Alahlia renews health insurance contract with Al-Rushaid Group

Gulf Union Alahlia Cooperative Insurance Co. (Gulf Union Alahlia) announced receiving today, Oct. 10, a letter of renewal from Al-Rushaid Group to renew the contract to provide cooperative health insurance services to its employees and their families.

 

The value of the contract exceeds 5% of the total written insurance premiums, according to 2022 audited financial statements, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The one-year renewal is effective from Oct. 15, the insurer added, expecting the contract to have a positive impact on 2023 and 2024 financial results.

 

There are no related parties to the contract.
