According to data available with Argaam, ADES Holding was listed and started trading on the main market (TASI) today.
ADES Holding floated 338.72 million shares, representing 30% of capital, at SAR 13.50 a share.
A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from the market price. The negotiated deal shall be conducted under the control of Tadawul and relevant capital market laws and regulations.
The negotiated deal does not impact directly on the last deal price, highest or lowest stock price, opening or closing price, or market or sector indices.
