Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) received today, Oct. 15, a preliminary ruling from the General Court in Riyadh, obligating the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing to pay SAR 25.9 million in compensation for the encroachment on the company’s land located in Riyadh, according to a statement to Tadawul.

SASCO also said that the related financial impact will be determined when a final ruling is issued, adding that it will announce any developments later in this regard.
