SVCP reappoints Prince Faisal Al Saud as Chairman, Saad Al-Sayari as Vice Chairman

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co.’s (SVCP) board of directors appointed Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud (non-executive member) as Chairman and Dr. Saad Saud Al-Sayari (executive member) as Vice Chairman and Managing Director.

 

In addition, the company’s board formed an executive committee of three members, namely Prince Faisal, Al Sayari, and Abdullah Al Dabaan, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Meanwhile, the nominations and remuneration committee included Sulaiman Al Hatlan, Prince Faisal, and Abdullah Al Dabaan.

 

The audit committee included Sulaiman Al Hatlan, Moaed Al Qurtas, and Saleh Al-Sanea, the statement added.
