Edaa adds subscribed securities in Clean Life to shareholder accounts

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced today, Oct. 19, the addition of the securities subscribed in Clean Life Co. to the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

Clean Life offered 300,000 shares to qualified investors, representing 20% of its capital, at a price of SAR 112 per share.

 

The coverage ratio reached 567.89% of the total shares offered.
