View Limited Real Estate Development Co. issued today, Oct. 24, the prospectus to list 600,000 shares, or 18.18% of its capital, on the Nomu-Parallel Market.
The share sale will run from Nov. 19-27 for qualified investors.
The offering will be limited to qualified investors as stipulated in the glossary of defined terms used in the regulations and rules of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
View Limited Real Estate was established as a limited liability company in 2011 in Riyadh, then transformed into a closed joint stock company.
The company’s activities include constriction of residential and non-residential buildings (such as schools, hospitals, hotels, etc).
The company also operates in the renovation of residential and non-residential buildings, the sale and division of land lots and real estate, off-plan sales as well as the management and leasing of owned or leased residential and non-residential buildings.
Last month, the company received the go-ahead of the CMA for its application to float 600,000 shares on Nomu, Argaam reported.
