Saudi Fisheries reappoints Abdulrahman Al Owais as Chairman

Saudi Fisheries Co.'s board of directors reappointed, on Oct. 25, Abdulrahman Al Owais as Chairman and Mansour ‎Al Sagheer as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

The board of directors also formed the audit committee, which included Sulaiman Al Tuwaijri as committee Chairman, as well as Saeed Abdullah ‎Almoeather and Ali Ayed Al-Qahtani as committee members. 

The company's shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting Oct. 25, 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting held on Oct. 22, according to Argaam data.
