Shams shareholders elect new board

The Tourism Enterprises Co.’s (Shams) shareholders approved the election of a new board of directors for the new four-year term starting May 28, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 26, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The new board members are Rashid Al-Rasheed, Abdullah Al-Suwailem, Khalid Al Bawardi, Wael Al-Rashed, Badr Al-Qadi, Ziyad Al-Afaliq and Wael Al-Bassam.
