CMA approves Artal Capital’s business profile amendment

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the amendment of the business profile by Artal Capital Co. to be authorized to conduct managing investments and operating funds activity in the securities business.

 

The approval was based upon the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the authority said in a statement.
