| Application Requirements | 1- Meeting the requirements of the policies, standards, and procedures of the Company’s Board of Directors membership approved by the General Assembly held on 31/12/2017 (attached).
2- CV of the candidate stating his personal data, qualifications, and experience.
3- The candidate who previously held membership of the boards of any other joint stock companies must submit a statement for each company, including the membership period, number of meetings of each term, and his attendance rate.
4- The candidate who previously held membership of Alandalus Property Company Board of Directors must attach with the candidacy application a statement from the Company’s management about the last term in which he was a member of the Board, including the number of board meetings held in each year of the term, the number of meetings attended, and attendance rate, a statement of the permanent committees in which he held membership, number of meetings held by those committees, his attendance rate, with a statement of the financial results achieved by the company in each year of the term.
5- The candidate must complete and sign Disclosure Form No. (3) issued by CMA, and attach the same with the candidacy application in Arabic and English Language. The candidacy form can be obtained via: https://cma.org.sa/RulesRegulations/FormsSite/Pages/default.aspx
6- The candidate must attach copy of his ID card, family card (if married), or the commercial registration for the companies and establishments, and the candidate’s contact details, including phone, fax and e-mail.
7- Voting at the General Assembly, the date of which will be determined later, will be limited to candidates nominated for the membership of the Board of Directors in accordance with candidacy requirements& conditions. |
