Saudi banks’ investments in T-bonds down to SAR 532.4 bln in September

Saudi banks’ investments in treasury bonds decreased by SAR 3.9 billion month-on-month (MoM) to SAR 532.4 billion in September, new data from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) showed.

 

 These investments recorded the first decline in one and half years.

 

Meanwhile SAMA’s assets increased by SAR 60.7 billion to reach SAR 1.82 trillion in September.
