Aldrees’ shareholders elect board members for new term

Shareholders of Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. elected the board members for a new four-year term starting on Dec. 22, 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Nov. 6.

 

The newly elected members are Hamad Al Drees, Abdul Mohsen Al Drees, Abdul-Ilah Al Drees, Eid Al Shammri, Muhammad Musa, Basil Al Fares, Mohammad Al Omair, and Faraj Al-Qabbani, according to Aldrees statement on Tadawul.
