CMA licenses Osool & Bakheet to provide securities arranging services

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved licensing Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. (OBIC) to conduct arranging activities in the securities business, in addition to the company’s existing activities.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, OBIC pointed out that the company is now licensed to practice brokerage, custody, investment management, operating funds, and arranging securities business.
