Azm, Monsha'at sign SAR 9.8 mln contract

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. signed a SAR 9.8 million contract with the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at) for implementing the Mazaya project.

 

The project's goal is to provide consulting services as well as implement, manage, and operate the "Mazaya" platform to connect small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with business service providers, according to a statement told Tadawul.

 

The contract, signed on Nov. 9, has a duration of 24 months. All necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received by the end of the business day on Nov. 14.

 

The company anticipates a positive financial impact from this contract on its financials for the fiscal year 2024-2025.

 

There are no related parties to the contract, the statement added.
