2P signs SAR 47.2 mln contract with Ministry of Hajj

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed a contract worth SAR 47.22 million, including value-added tax (VAT), to operate information technology services at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract spans 36 months, with the primary goal of delivering comprehensive information technology services to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.  

Additionally, 2P will be responsible for the operation and management of VMware virtual machines, information security, internal and external networks of the ministry, connecting circuits of various types, as well as the unified communications system, electronic fax, and low-current systems.

The scope of the contract extends to the operation, support, and development of systems and applications, analyzing business requirements, and the design, construction, and development of modern systems and applications. Furthermore, 2P will handle the operation and management of both external and internal portals along with their related systems.

Under the contract terms, the company will provide analytical reports for performance monitoring and decision-making, operate and manage Microsoft applications, emails, smart devices, and the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) system. 

Technical support for all beneficiaries of the ministry's technical services, the implementation of quality policies, performance monitoring, and the operation and management of the digital transformation process are also included in the services to be provided by 2P.

The company anticipates a positive financial impact of this contract on its financials from 2024 to 2027.
