Al Sagr Insurance shareholders elect board members for new term

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting Nov. 23, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 22, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new members are Abdelmuhsen Jaber, Sultan Abdulaziz Al Suwaidi, Abdullah Suleiman Al Hindi, Mohammed Abdulaziz Alnuaim, Sami Ahmed Albabtain, Naif Rashid Alarfaj, Yasser Mohammed Alharbi, Saud Saleh Al-Arifi, and Ahmed Khedr Albaqshi, the statement added.
