Oil tanks
US crude oil inventories increased more than forecasts for the week ended Nov. 24. Gasoline inventories and distillate stocks also rose during the same period, data from the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) showed.
Crude oil stocks added 1.6 million barrels by the end of the week, versus expectations of a 900,000 barrels increase.
Last week, the US gasoline stocks rose 1.8 million barrels, while distillate stocks were up by about 5.2 million barrels.
