Bank Albilad says AIMS Holding transfers part of it stake to investment fund

Bank Albilad received an explanatory letter from Abdulla Ibrahim Al Subeaei Investment Co. (AIMS Holding), one of the bank’s founders and major shareholders, stating that part of the company's investment shares has been transferred to one of the investment funds owned by AIMS Holding. 

 

This did not result in any change in the bank’s list of major shareholders, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.  

 

AIMS Holding owns 6.36% of Bank Albilad’s capital, data compiled by Argaam showed.
