MIS signs SAR 63.5M contract with ZATCA

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed, on Dec. 3, a contract worth SAR 63.5 million, including value-added tax (VAT), with the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA).

 

The contract includes renewing Microsoft product licenses for ZATCA for a period of 36 months, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

MIS expects a positive financial impact from the contract to be reflected in Q4 2023, adding that no related parties are included in the deal.

 

The contract was awarded on Oct. 29, according to data available on Argaam.
