Edarat seals SAR 11.5M contract with HRSD ministry

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. signed, on Dec. 3, a contract with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), valued at SAR 11.47 million (VAT inclusive), according to a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 7.

 

Under the contract, valid for two and a half years, the company will provide disaster recovery services through a cloud platform, through which the solution is delivered over three stages: business impact analysis, implementation and monitoring, Edarat added.

 

It expects the contract to have a positive impact on its financial statements for 2023 and 2024. It noted that there are no related parties to deal.

 

The necessary signatures were obtained, and a copy of the contract was received today, the company said.

 

Edarat was awarded the contract last October, according to Argaam's data.
