Mohamed Galal, CEO of United Electronics Co. (eXtra)
United Electronics Co.’s (eXtra) commercial alliance with Panda Retail Co. (Panda) implies an opportunity to expand the former’s customer base and foothold in the Saudi market, Managing Director and CEO Mohamed Galal told Argaam.
Accordingly, eXtra will capitalize on Panda’s branches backlog, including 61 hypermarkets and 118 supermarkets. This is in addition to catering to over 100 million annual store and online visits.
Under the commercial alliance, eXtra will manage the electronics and home appliances department in Panda stores, under the brand name "Clix".
On Dec. 5, eXtra signed a ten-year commercial alliance agreement with Panda Retail Co. (Panda), whereby the former will manage Panda’s electronics and home appliances unit, Argaam’s data showed.
