Canadian Medical Center rents headquarters in Riyadh for SAR 1.5M

Canadian Medical Center Co. inked on Dec. 17 a SAR 1.5 million contract with Thaqafi Business Center to rent headquarters in Riyadh for three years.

 

The rental value is SAR 500,000 per year, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The regional headquarters will be located in Yarmouk district, spanning 400 square meters. It also supports the company’s expansion plans.
