Demand for specialized personnel in various projects in Saudi Arabia soared more than 200% compared to previous years, Ali Al-Mahan, Chairman of the First National Co. (FNRCO), told Argaam.

Al-Mahan clarified the rise in contract prices to attract professionals due to increased demand from the service sector and the Saudi government's large infrastructure projects, highlighting ongoing efforts to attract foreign investment and enhance entrepreneurial growth opportunities.

In addition, Al-Mahan revealed that FNRCO plans to offer a portion of its shares for an initial public offering (IPO) in Saudi market.

Established in 2001, FNRCO specializes in administrative services, HR solutions, and project management, with a 7,000-strong workforce, contributing specialized human resources to major projects in Neom and Red Sea, he said, adding that the company has a clear expansion plan in the Saudi market in the next two years.

Al-Mahan also emphasized the significance of training and qualification programs for meeting the large-scale Saudi market's employment requirements, advocating for a special focus on preparing Saudi talents for rare and specialized jobs in engineering, medical, technical, and operational fields.
