Paper Home board reappoints Yaqub Al Maghrabi as Chairman

Paper Home Co.'s board of directors, in a meeting held today, Dec. 24, reappointed Yaqub Al Maghrabi as Chairman, Ammar Yaqub Al Maghrabi as Vice Chairman, and Faisal Yaqub Al Maghrabi as Managing Director and CEO.

 

The board appointed the board secretary and formed the audit and the nominations & remuneration committees, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

This is in addition to appointing the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
